Simulate war

September 15, 1941 marked the start of the US Army’s first major maneuver. In order to simulate war, a series of four combined exercises mixing for the first time infantry with a few parachute units, artillery, armored vehicles and aviation will take place on two distinct sites, the border between Louisiana and the Texas on one hand and the Carolinas on the other.
