Non-guided tour

Take an option by phone or in writing as soon as possible with an approximate number of people.

The options are kept until the deadline indicated on the contract sent to the customer.

Confirmation of the exact number of people at the latest 5 working days before the reserved service.

Guided tour

Reservations for guided tours can only be made if the group consists of at least 20 people. The reservation must be made at least 5 working days before the tour.

The Airborne Museum reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the guides are unavailable at the times or on the days chosen by the client.

Pricing and payment

The rates attached to these general conditions of sale are expressed all taxes included (TTC), in Euros. These rates are in effect until December 31, 2015. They are subject to change without notice (variation of taxes).

Payment is made on the day of the visit by check, cash or credit card in effect on the site.

Deferred payment is accepted on presentation of a voucher or an order form (with prior agreement from our services). In this case, an invoice will be sent to you.

Cancellation and change conditions

Cancellation or modification of the visit of the Airborne Museum: no costs
The cancellation by the customer of one or more services cannot be the object of any refund or counterpart by the Airborne Museum.

Liability

During the visit, the group leaders must ensure that the persons accompanied have a correct and respectful behavior of the place, which is not likely to disturb the visit of the public, in particular by noisy manifestations.

L’Airborne Museum se réserve le droit d’imposer aux visiteurs concernés la sortie immédiate des espaces. Dans ce cas, le groupe ne pourra pas prétendre au remboursement de la prestation.

The Airborne Museum reserves the right to require the visitors concerned to leave the premises immediately. In this case, the group will not be entitled to a refund.

The Airborne Museum is in no way responsible for the transfer of catering services to another site, nor for the closure of attractions decided by other service providers for technical reasons.

Claims

Complaints must be sent within 8 days following the visit, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The Airborne Museum undertakes to provide a written response.

In case of dispute, in the absence of amicable agreement, only the courts are competent.

The applicable law is French law.
