The landscaping of the park – An open air museum
- Access to green spaces is currently not formally forbidden to the public, but it is not inviting either. A global landscaping action will allow to create a real walkway, and will highlight the park-garden quality of the Airborne Museum.
Showcasing the vehicles and cannons will also contribute to create a real open air museum.
Development of the South reception – A new living space
- The length of the visit will substantially increase, going from 2h currently, to approximately 2h30. The visit will need to be punctuated with break times.
- A 27m2 building will be revised and transformed into a permanent sheltered snacking place. It will be easily recognizable and visitors will be able to regroup there to relax or to eat (snacks, cold and hot beverages vending machines).
- There will also be a lunch area outside this building with all the furniture necessary (benches, tables, bins).
